This Architectural Quality hinge has been precision manufactured under British Standard BS7352 specification for use where only the highest quality is acceptable. Runs on internal ball bearings which come greased and sealed. The steel is 2.6mm thick EN. 1935 2002 Grade 13. Hinges are tested to over one million cycles on a load of 120kg (per pair). A CE marked product, supplied as a pair complete with a full set of 16 stainless steel screws.

Internal ball bearings supplied greased and sealed these hinges easily take the weight of solid oak or mahogany doors, and also are fully compatible with BS 476 Part 20:22 Fire Doors.

Note: A version with rounded corners is also available, and for doors with a combined weight below 70kg a smaller version.
